Adapt

AI & Creative Insights
$3,500/month

Best for internal teams that need expert direction and clarity without execution support.

For companies that need sharper insight and strategic clarity to guide internal teams or partners.

This one is for companies that already have people who can do the work. What's missing is someone senior making sure the work is pointed the right direction.

What's Included:

  • Monthly Strategy Session One working session a month. We unpack what's stuck, look at performance, and agree on what happens next.

  • AI-Powered Decision Support Access to the tools, platforms, and prompt work I use for campaign planning, messaging tests, and customer segmentation.

  • Monthly Trend & Insight Report Category shifts, cultural signals, and customer behavior, written for your business rather than for a newsletter.

  • Campaign Planning Advisory Input on timelines, team structure, and the calls that determine whether a campaign lands or limps.

  • Quarterly Marketing Audit A read on your channels, creative, and messaging. What's working, what's leaking, what's worth fixing first.

Elevate

Brand Growth Partner
$7,500/month

Best for growth-stage brands ready to improve engagement and conversion.

For growing companies that need strategic leadership and hands-on creative to scale content and improve performance.

Built for marketing teams that are ready to level up the work and stop paying for the trial and error.

Everything in Adapt, plus:

  • Bi-Weekly Strategy & Planning Calls Close enough to the work to catch problems early. Far enough back to keep the strategy honest.

  • Custom Content Production A package of branded assets each month. Static graphics, carousels, ad creative, sales enablement tools.

  • Website & UX Optimization UX consulting, wireframe audits, copy refinements, and light design support to move the numbers on your site.

  • Performance Reporting & Creative Recommendations What's working, what isn't, and specific ideas ready to test.

  • Messaging Refinement We keep the messaging architecture current as the business moves, because it always does.

Scale

Fractional Chief Creative Officer
$15,000/month

Best for companies that need hands-on leadership, real execution, and cross-department brand alignment.

For companies that need a senior creative partner to lead, execute, and align across marketing, brand, and sales.

This is on-demand creative leadership. Executive-level thinking with hands-on execution, and enough involvement that I know what's actually going on inside the business.

Everything in Elevate, plus:

  • Fractional Chief Creative Officer Direct access to senior creative leadership. I set the vision, guide the team, and keep brand tied to what the business is trying to do.

  • Full Campaign Development & Execution Concept through rollout. Creative direction, messaging, assets, deployment.

  • Brand & Sales Alignment Marketing, customer experience, and sales enablement working from the same story. This is usually where B2B companies find the money they've been leaving on the table.

  • Priority Access Front of the line on timelines and resources.

  • Creative Brief Development & Partner Management I write the briefs, direct your execution partners (internal or external), and manage the timelines so your team can stay in their lane.

  • Quarterly Brand Health Review A full look at brand perception, performance, and creative equity, with recommendations.

Operate

Fractional CCO + Managed Creative Team
$18,000 – $22,000/month

Operate

Best for companies where marketing has been running on interns, side-of-desk effort, or nobody at all.

For companies with no marketing function and no appetite for building one from scratch.

Some companies don't have a marketing team to lead. They have a website somebody's cousin built, a folder of logos, and a sales team telling a different story than the one on the homepage.

Operate is for them.

I lead the brand and creative work, and I bring the people to execute it. Designers, developers, photographers, writers, video, whoever the work actually needs. I hire them, direct them, and stand behind their work.

You get one point of contact. One invoice. One person accountable.

Everything in Scale, plus:

  • Managed Execution Bench A vetted team assembled around your specific problem, not a roster you have to manage.

  • Phased Project Scoping Bigger builds (identity systems, websites, video, sales tools) get scoped and approved one at a time, so you always know what you're spending and why.

  • Vendor & Partner Management If you already have agencies, developers, or freelancers in the mix, I run them too.

  • Hiring Support At some point you should own this in-house. When that day comes, I'll help you write the role and find the person.

A Note on Hours

I get asked how many hours each tier includes.

I don't sell hours.

What you're buying is a leadership cadence, a defined set of things I own, and a person who has done this before. If the work takes me three hours or thirty, the outcome is the same and so is the price. That's the whole point of hiring someone senior.

What every tier does come with: a clear scope, a fixed cadence, and a list of exactly what I'm responsible for. If something falls outside it, I'll tell you before we start, not after the invoice.

Let's find the tier that fits where you actually are.
